Health Condition 1: null- Incidence and severity of hypotension following anaesthetic induction in the preincisional period will be studied and correlated with the type of induction of general anaesthesia.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All children receiving general anaesthesia with supraglottic device.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non consenting parent

Incidence and severity of hypotension following induction of general anaesthesiaTimepoint: 1.At baseline, 2.After sedative administration, 3.Before IV induction agent administrations /inhalational induction 4.One minute after IV induction agent administrations, 5.After Supraglottic Airway Device (SGA) placement 6.Every 5 minutes thereafter for 30 minutes.

Correlation of Incidence and severity of hypotension following induction of general anaesthesia with 1.Type of induction A.Thiopentone B.Propofol C.Etomidate D.Sevoflurane 2.Age 3.Starvation period and amount of IV fluid administered in Starvation period Timepoint: 1.At baseline, 2.After sedative administration, 3.Before IV induction agent administrations /inhalational induction 4.1 minute after IV induction agent administrations, 5.After Supraglottic Airway Device (SGA) placement 6.Every 5 minutes thereafter for 30 minutes.
