Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Their age should be in between 30 yrs- 50 yrs. 2. They must be living in the industrial area or in close vicinity to the industrial area. 3. They should not have any medical complications 4. They should have a working proficiency in the Hindi language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study participants, who went through major surgery, having cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, physical disabilities, autoimmune disorders, immune-compromised diseases, cancer etc. were excluded from the study. Also, the participant addicted to the smoking, alcohol or any other drug addictions were excluded from the study
