Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: severe head injury (one sided) patients requiring cranial surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are hemodynamically unstable prior to induction, with associated scalp lacerations, with extradural hemorrhage or with a history of seizures
