Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 40-70 years 2.Patients who can understand Malayalam & English 3.Individuals willing to participate in the study 4.Who are available at the time of data collection 5.Patients with mild ,moderate and severe distress

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are critically ill 2.Patients who are mentally unhealthy 3.Patients who have physical disability 4.Patients who are taking anti-depressants 5.Patients who are taking anti anxiolytic medications 6.Patients who are doing relaxation therapies
