Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fissure in ano (Anterior & Posterior or both Patients of both genders. Age 18-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fissure associated with any other anorectal disease. Pregnant women. Malignancy. Severe systemic diseases.
