Inclusion criteria: Fever Sore throat Hoarseness of voice Lymphadenopathy Vomiting Dryness in tongue Ulcer in throat

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known H/O Diptheria Known H/O Peritonsillar abscess Known H/O History of rheumatic fever Known H/O TB of Pharynx Known H/O Infective mononucleosis Known H/O Neoplasm of pharynx
