Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
recovery time indexTimepoint: The time interval between the recovery of TI from 25%-75%

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
a.changes in pulse rate and blood pressure. b.Continuous monitoring of heart rate, noninvasive blood pressure (NIBP), capillary blood O2 saturation (SpO2),end tidal CO2(EtCo2), bispectral Index (BIS). c.By the use of TOF guard the following variables of neuromuscular block will be obtained for both groups . Timepoint: 1. Time taken after administration of rocuronium for intubation to reach TOF 0. 2. Time taken for appearance of T1 in TOF. 3. Clinical duration: Time after injection of last cumulative dose of muscle relaxant until 25%of recovery of TI. 4. Recovery index: Time interval during which TI recovered from 25%-75% of control.
