Control Intervention1: Van draksha swarasa: GROUP B-Van draksha swarasa 20 ml BD with cow milk ora

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Simple or closed fracture 2.Fracture of humerous,radius,ulna,fibula,Phalanges which can be reduced by closed reduction method with or without anesthesia. 3.Stable fracture i.e.fractures in which the alignment of bony ends can be maintained without inernal fixation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Open or compound fracture 2.Simple fracture with wounds will be excluded 3.Pathological fractures,Stress fractures and complicated fractures. 4.Fracture requiring open reduction and internal fixation 5.Fractures associated with other debilitating diseases like Diabetes,Tuberculosis,Leprocy,Asthma is excluded 6.Patient suggestive of osteomylitis and other bone diseases 7.Patient above age of 60 year 8.Patient below the age of 10 year
