Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and gout who do not get relief in joint pain even after performance of Dosha pacifying and Ama reducing (in cases of Ama involvement) Ayurvedic treatment. Patient of age between 30 to 70 will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who is under Anticoagulant treatment, suffering from hemophilia or having bleeding tendencies. Patients having increased prothrombin time then normal. Patient having Hb less than 10gm% Patients having uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
