Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1 TO 3 2. Weight more than 40kg 3. Surgery- Elective knee tumour excision surgery ,viz osteogenic sarcoma, GCT, Chondrosarcoma, Aneurysmal bone cyst, Ewings sarcoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to consent 2. Allergy to opioids , local anaesthetics 3. C/I to epidural and PNB 4. E/o severe cardiovascular , renal , hepatic diseases 5. Opioid drug abuse ï?· Inability to comprehend VAS pain assessment score ï?· Those who require amputation for knee tumour
