Conditions

Health Condition 1: null- Patients of knee joint OA, age 40 -70 yrs Exclusion:Patients history of joint trauma, other systemic illness,suffering from systemic disease, suffering from infectious OA.

Intervention1: 1 Upanaha sweda: Paste of luke warm wheat & barley flour soaked in fermented rice liquid applied locally on knee joint and left for 12 hour than removed daily for 15 days.with an interv

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Janusandhigata Vata. 2. Patients aged between 40 -70 years will be included. 3. Patients fit for Upanaha swedana. 4. Patients will be include both chronic and non-chronic inflammatory condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having history of joint trauma, secondary and other systemic illness. 2. Patients suffering from any systemic diseases like tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis . 3. Patient suffering from infectious osteoarthritis.
