Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I/II patients 2.Aged 18 to 75 years 3. BMI <35kg/m2,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Cervical spine disease limiting neck movement. • Morbid obese. • Any history of gastroesophageal reflux disease. • Upper respiratory tract symptoms in the previous 10 days. • Preoperative sore throat. • Poor dentition with high risk of damage. • Mouth opening of • Any facial,laryngeal and pharyngeal anatomy problem.
