Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either gender aged 18 years or more suspected of having subepidermal autoimmune blistering diseases (sAIBDs) clinically and undergoing biopsy for direct immunofluorescence (DIF)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not willing to give consent
