Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective neurosurgeries in the sitting position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3/4, Intraoperative dye usage, cerebrovascular disease,patent foramen ovale,severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease

MeasureTime frame
Fall in cerebral oximetry values to less than 50% or 20% of baseline values is considered significantTimepoint: Fall in cerebral oximetry values to less than 50% or 20% of baseline values is considered significant. Values will be monitored at baseline, induction, intubation and presitting values, after sitting at 1,5,15,30,6,120 minutes and 0,1,5 minutes after giving supine position

Difference of 20% in mean BP, heart rate,Central venous pressure,Spo2,End tidal CO2 values after giving sitting positionTimepoint: Values will be measured at baseline, induction intubation, presitting at sitting 1,5,15,30,60,120 minutes and 0,1,5 minutes after supine position
