Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective neurosurgeries in the sitting position
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA 3/4, Intraoperative dye usage, cerebrovascular disease,patent foramen ovale,severe cardiovascular or respiratory disease
