Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Workers of either gender above age of 45 Sitting time during work: >= 30 hours a week or >= 6 hours a day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person underwent any surgery in last 3 months. Any upper limb dysfunction preventing assessment of functional capacity evaluation.
