Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient having a confirm diagnosis of katigata vata from minimum of 3 months. 2.patients of both genders between 18 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient having lower back pain with sciatica,traumatic back pain. 2.Female patients having pregnancy or post delivery period. 3.patients having chronic lower back pain from more than 2 years. 4.patients having chronic lower back pain due to osteoporosis,especially having excessive distention of abdomen due to obesity,vertebral disc degenerative disorders,vertebral fracture,ankylosing spondylitis,spondylotic changes and bone cancer. 5.patient having any other diseases like diabetes mallitus,cardio vascular disorders,hypo or hyper thyroidism,hypo or hyper parathyroidism,chronic kidney disorders and other metabolic or non metabolic bone disorders.
