Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals- Participants who have not experienced low back pain (LBP) for the last year no history of LBP requiring medical attention or time off work in the last 10 years Chronic low back pain patients- subjects diagnosed with low back pain pain and/or discomfort localized below the costal margin and above gluteal folds, possible radiation to posterior thigh not extending below the knee persisting for more than 12weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthy individuals- History of chronic pain History of chronic diseases Injury in the last 3-6months Pregnant or had been pregnant within last 2 years Chronic low back pain patients- Neuropathic pain Spinal disorders such as spinal stenosis, malignancy, infection, spondylitis Underwent any spinal surgery Diagnosed respiratory conditions-COPD, asthma
