Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pain of VAS greater than 3 cm subjects daignosed with primary frozen shoulder syndrome : active range of motion is equal to passive range of motion in all planes presence of capsular pattern no radiological evidence of other shoulder pathology coracoid pain test positive- measured using Pain Pressure Threshold device

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: frozen shoulder following sever trauma Associated neurological pathology like stroke and Parkinsons disease History of surgery on involved shoulder in past 6 months Subjects diagnosed with inflammatory conditions like Rheumatoid arthritis Recent injury of the shoulder complex in past 1 year
