Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary Osteoporosis 2. Patients with sufficient understanding to fill the QOL Questionnaire and follow the structured exercise programme at home

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Impaired Kidney Function 2. Uncontrolled Cardiac Conditions such as Arrythmias 3. Any Neurological, Muscular or Orthopaedic condition that hinders participation in the exercise programme 4. Patients having received any medications for Osteoporosis (Other than Calcium and Vitamin D3 ) within the last 1 year
