Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 2-8 years. 2.Sex: male and female 3.ASA status I and II 4.Patients posted for elective surgical procedure under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.known airway anomaly 2.anticipated difficult intubation 3.planned postoperative ventilation 4.presence of respiratory infection, cough 5.patients not willing to participate
