Evalution of Microbiological parameters- Gram staining and Phase contrast microscopy in group A and group BTimepoint: Evaluation of Clinical parameter at 21,30 and 60 days and Microbiological parameters at 7,14 and 21 days after drug delivery and scaling and root planing.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Whether Simvastatin local drug delivery and scaling and root planing has better outcome than only scaling and root planing.Timepoint: Clinical evaluation done at 60 days , Microbiological evaluation done at 21 days.
