Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neurosurgical patients with traumatic brain injury and supratentorial space occupying lesions 2. Neurological patients of guillain barre syndrome and myaesthenia gravis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not giving consent 2. Patients who are haemodynamically unstable not attributable to sepsis 3. Patients with known peripheral vascular disease 4. Patients in whom StO2 / rSo2 cannot be measured
