Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All of following 1.Neonates with gestational age below 32 weeks, 2.Receiving mechanical ventilation 3.Having patent ductus arteriosus with duct diameter >1.5 and left atrium to aottic root ratio >1.5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neonates with congenital heart disease 2.Neonates with persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborn 3.Failure to obtain parental consent
