Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18-45 yrs . ASA I &II patients. Subjects with periapical lesion of size greater than 3mm. Patients will be selected based on the periapical index score with 3,4 and 5 preoperatively. Teeth indicated for root canal treatment with periapical lesion. Patient should not be under medication for past 8 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are medically compromised or allergic to drugs or pollens. Pregnant and lactating women. Periodontally weak teeth. Root caries. Calcified rootcanals. Retreatment cases. Presence of Internal root resorption. Blunderbuss canal.
