Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Married/unmarried 2 Irregular menstruation 3 Oligomenorrhoea 4 Dysmenorrhoea 5 Ovulation related infertility 6 Polycystic ovary in ultra sound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism 2 Congenital uterine defects 3 Endometriosis 4 Tuberculosis of the ovary and uterus 5 Pituitary/ adrenal disorders 6 Hemorrhagic cyst 7 Chocolate cyst

Primary outcome is mainly assessed by reduction in clinical symptoms i.e, changes in the hormonal profile and changes in the size of the cystTimepoint: 5 Days for three consecutive cycles
