Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute Lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) patients receiving chemotherapy with high dose Methotrexate for first time, aged between 2 to 60 years of either gender. 2. Patients who are willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with impaired renal, hepatic functions. 2. Patients with established ischemic heart disease, cadiomyopathy. 3. Patients showing MTHFR gene mutation.
