Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 60 patients of either sex of ASA class 1 or 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of respiratory ,cardiac ,hepatic or renal disease,pregnant women, any history of bleeding disorders,local infection at the site of injection,patient sensitive or allergic to bupivacaine or ropivacaine.
