Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of either sex between the age of 18 and 65 years. 2. Already diagnosed patients of sciatica presenting with all or some of the following signs and symptoms Unilateral leg pain greater than low back pain Pain radiating to foot or toes Numbness and or paraesthesia in the same distribution Tingling , pins and needles Muscle weakness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 18 years and above 65 years of age 2.Pregnant and lactating females 3.Patients of previous back surgery/lumbar spine surgery 4.Patients of spinal tumors and vertebral fracture 5.Patients of developmental spine deformities 6.Patients of bleeding disorders 7.Patients on anticoagulant treatment/ disseminated intravascular coagulation 8.Patients taking any other conservative treatment for sciatica (NSAIDS, corticosteroids, acupuncture etc.) 9.Patients with systemic disorders like chronic liver, kidney or heart disease 10.Patients of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus 11.Terminally ill patients
