Intervention1: ultrasound guided ilioinguinal nerve block: After 2 hours of subarachnoid block in ILIOINGUINAL nerve block one of the drug(DEXAMETHASONE/ FENTANYL) added as adjuvant to ropivacaine 3mg

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Undergoing LSCS performed by Pfannenstiel incision (under spinal anaesthesia) • ASA grade I or II • Not having any systemic disorders. • Age group 20 - 35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Patients with history of allergy to local anaesthetics, opioids and/or drugs to be used. •Patients with history of drug abuse. •Patients with psychiatric disease. •Morbidly obese patients. •Patients unable to understand Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). •Failed spinal anaesthesia and conversion to general anaesthesia. •Duration of surgery greater than 2 hours. •Uncooperative and unwilling patients
