Inclusion criteria: ALL AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANAESTHESIOLOGISTS CLASS I & II PATIENTS UNDERGOING UNILATERAL INGUINAL HERNIA REPAIR SURGERIES UNDER SPINAL ANESTHESIA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ANY PATIENT NOT WILLING TO ENROLL OR PATIENTS WITH ALLERGY TO BUPIVACAINE, CLONIDINE, TRAMADOL
