Inclusion criteria: 1)People with age group of 18-30yrs 2)Vata pradahana person having with these symptoms are selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)People below age group of 18 and above age group of 35. 2)Pitta and kapha pradhana prakriti and other systemic and other disorders are excluded
