Intervention1: Tukhm Suddab (Ruta graveolens) single herb in powdered form.: Test group treated with three capsules twice a day (each capsule contain 1 gm powder of test drug) for 90 days.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) Patient of either sex (b) Patients of age 25-60 years (c) Peripheral arterial diseases (PAD) (d) ABI 80.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (a) Uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c > 9) and hypertension (160 110 mm of Hg) (b) Severe systemic diseases like chronic kidney disease or congestive heart failure etc. (c) Pregnant and lactating women (d) Patient who fails to follow up or give consent.
