Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with appropriate symptoms of symmetrical joint involvement arthritis of three or more joints florid morning stiffness and swelling that lasts for few hours or days pain joint swelling especially in the inter phalangeal joint polyarthritis patient who are willing to sign consent form and undergo laboratory investigations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic hypertension Diabetes mellitus chronic alcoholics chronic smokers Pregnancy and lactating mothers Extrapulmonary tuberculosis psoriatic arthritis Gouty arthritis chronic kidney disease
