Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing pancreacticoduodenectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient who refused for consent 2 Non resectable mass 3 Poor compliance with Glutamine supplementation 4 Hypersenstivity reaction to Glutamine 5 Pregnant female 6 Decompensated liver disease patient with bilirubin level >20 mg 7 Patients with chronic renal disease.
