Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult patients between 20-65years 2)ASA 1&2 3)Patients of both sexes 4.Patients scheduled for elective lumbar fixation surgery in BIN OT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Age 3.Patients with arrhythmia 4.BMI >40 or 5.LVEF 6.Patients with history of lung diseases 7.ASA 3 & 4 8.Autonomic dysfunction 9.Peripheral vascular disease

evaluate the abilities of pulse pressure variation( PPV) and stroke volume variation (SVV) to predict fluid responsiveness in prone positionTimepoint: Two sets of measurements were performed in supine position(T1 and T2) and three in prone position(T3,T4 and T5).
