Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 years and 60 years of age 2. With limb injuries. 3. A Visual analog scale (VAS) pain score of greater than and equal to 4/10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who have history of allergic to lidocaine and bupivacaine. 2. Patient refusal to consent for the study.
