Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patients having chronic critical limb ischemia (CLI) (Rutherford category >3) b) Patients having Peripheral vascular disease not amenable to endovascular/surgical management c) Patients having rest pain not controlled with optimum medical therapy d) Patients having undergone amputation for CLI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Proximal arterial lesion without distal disease 2) patients unable to lie prone 3) deranged coagulation parameters (PT/INR >1.5) 4) patients not giving consent
