Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 50 ASA I and II patients 2. Age 18 to 70 years 3. Routine Trabeculectomy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to regional anesthesia 2. Coagulation abnormality 3. Impaired mental status 4. Deaf and dumb patients 5. Allergy to dexmedetomidine 6. Renal and hepatic impairment 7. Patient refusal
