Intervention1: Qurs Kahruba: Orally, qurs kahruba two tablets will be administrated thrice daily for 5 days from day 1 of cycle for 3 cycles. Control Intervention1: not applicable: not applicable

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women both married and unmarried between the age of 18-40 years Regular cycles with heavy bleeding in duration or amount of flow or both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Hb less than 7gm% Patients with systemic diseases and blood dyscrasias Patients with endometriosis, adenomyosis, endometrial polyp, fibroid size more than 3 cm and malignancy H/o of OCPs, IUCD insertion in last 3 months

MeasureTime frame
PBAC Score to assess the amount of blood loss MAUA scale to assess the QoL of the patients Timepoint: Follow up of patient will be done before and after each cycle for 3 consecutive cycles during trial and one follow up after completion of trial.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Prolonged Heavy bleeding Duration of flow is 7 days and Amount of flow 80 ml or both. Timepoint: Follow up of patient will be done before and after each cycle for 3 consecutive cycles during trial and one follow up after completion of trial.
