Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of sciatica having SLR 30 to 70 degree S.L.R test Laseuge sign sitting test in affected leg for diagnosis as well as prognosis of the treatment Plantar flexion test Popliteal compression test Knee and ankle jerk

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 30 and above 70 years Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension Uncontrolled T.B. of spine & hip joint Malignancy Fracture related to spine. Heart diseases (IHD CCF) Aneamia Hb less than 7 mg/dl Pregnancy Avascular necrosis

Assessment will be done every week on the basis of relief in clinical signs and symptoms and also on the basis of radiological findings before and after treatment SLR angle will be measured before and after treatment for pain Visual Analogue Scale will be usedTimepoint: one month
