Inclusion criteria: All members of Indian society of anaesthesiology and all delegates who attended the Asian Society of Paediatric anaesthesia conference 2017

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation is voluntary and delegates who choose not to fill the questionnaire will be exempted from the study
