Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of Grade III and IV tracheal stenosis undergoing tracheal resection and anastomosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. >4 rings involved in stenosis 2.Patients requiring sternotomy 3.Patients with history of respiratory or cardiac illness
