Inclusion criteria: 1)All patients undergoing coronary angiogram in a tertiary care center. 2)Age >18years,no gender restriction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have undergone coronary angioplasty earlier 2) Inclusion of all patients except coronary artery bypass grafting
