Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status I-III 2.Age >= 18 years 3.Fasting more than 6 hours 4.BMI 5.Surgery duration
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to consent 2.Patients with anticipated difficult airway 3.Risk of aspiration of gastric contents (Pregnancy, full stomach, hiatus hernia) 4.Surgery requiring tracheal intubation
