Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria : Married women vaginal discharge with or without foul smell associated with one or two symptoms like Low backache Vaginal itching Lower abdominal pain General weakness Pain in both legs. Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases and malignancies. Patient with clinically detectable gross pelvic pathology Women who have taken any medicine within two weeks before enrollment Pregnant and lactating women

Exclusion criteria: Patient with systemic and metabolic diseases Clinically detectable gross pelvic pathology Pregnant & lactating women.
