Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group- Children with informed consent, willing to abide to our suggestions during the period of our study. Control group- Randomly drawn school children from another school with matched age, gender, SES (Socioeconomic status) and clinical parameters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experimental and control group- Any systemic condition that could preclude recording of included clinical parameters and/or could limit the training of school children for the intervention used in the study.
