Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of both sexes from age group 18 to 50 years. Signs and symptoms of Prameha Purvarupavastha. IFG between 100 to125 mgdl and OGTT 1 hr 180 to200 mgdl 2 hr 140 to 170 mgdl
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years and above 50 years Pregnant and lactating mothers Prior use of medication to treat diabetes except gestational diabetes Have been diagnosed with diabetes by result of IFG more than or equal to 126mgdl Patients having Acute Complications like Coronary Heart Disease Acute Infective Hepatitis or Alcoholic Hepatitis or any other serious systemic illness Those who are not ready to comply the trial protocol
