Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients on treatment for hypothyroidism. Patients diagnosed to have hypothyroidism but not initiated on treatment. Hypothyroid Patients detected to have neuropathy using MNSI Patients above the age of 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years
