Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 patient having confirmed diagnosis of Irritable bowel syndrome
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Bleeding per rectum. 2 Mixed infection with parasites like round warms, hook warms. 3 Evidence of malignancy. 4 DM, HTN and other clinical comorbidities 5 Medication with cortico-steroids, antidepressants, anticholinergics etc. or any other drugs that may have an influence on the outcome of the study. 6 Suffering from major systemic illness necessitating long term drug treatment. 7 Pregnant / lactating woman. 8 Alcoholics and/or drug abusers. 9 Hypersensitivity to the trial drug or any of its ingredients. 10 Patient who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past six months.
