Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals of either sex age between 5 to 16 years 2 Individuals having BMI more than 85th percentile of CDC growth charts 2000 3 Individuals with BMI more than 23 4 Individuals with symptoms of Sthaulya viz. Chala Sphika Udara Stana Alasya Utsahahani Kshudra Shwasa Ayase Shwasa Nidradhikya Swedadhikya Daurgandhya Atipipasa Atikshudha 5 Children on oral modern treatment for obesity (those who are interested) will be included in the study after wash out period of 2 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Children with age below 5 years and more than 16 years 2 Children who will be suffering from any systemic and endocrinal illness like DM Hypothyroidism etc 3 Children suffering from any Psychiatric disorder 4 Obesity associated with Chromosomal disorders 5 Drug induced Obesity
